Minor variations in color or texture are not defects — they are proof that your piece is genuinely handmade and unique. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices at the time of your order are honored. International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card provider.

4. Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your card details.

5. Order Acceptance Placing an order does not constitute a confirmed contract until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
