Our Promise We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we will make it right.
Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
What Can Be Returned
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items significantly different from their description
- Unworn items in original condition (change of mind)
What Cannot Be Returned
- Personalised or custom-engraved pieces (unless faulty or incorrect)
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Items showing signs of wear or customer damage
- Items returned after the 14-day window
How to Return
- Email us at ravijewels@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged or defective — we cover return shipping, free of charge
- If it is a change-of-mind return — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges We are happy to exchange items for a different size or variation where stock allows. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping on exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us at ravijewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Timeline Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
