Processing Time All orders are handmade and carefully prepared. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Custom or personalized pieces may require an additional 2–3 business days. You will be notified at the time of ordering.

Delivery Times We ship worldwide from India via USPS and Shiprocket.

Shipping times may be affected by national holidays, customs delays, or severe weather conditions beyond our control.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — check the current offer at the top of our website.

Customs & Import Duties All shipments originate from India. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authority. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing and cannot mark orders as gifts to misrepresent their value.
