If you have a specific stone in mind, want your name or initials engraved, or are looking for a piece that does not exist in our collection yet — we can make it. Custom orders are one of our favourite things to work on.
What We Can Customise
- Engravings — names, initials, dates, short words or phrases
- Stone selection — choose a specific gemstone or colour
- Ring size — any size made to order
- Piece type — want a ring design as a pendant, or earrings to match a necklace? We can do that
- Gifts — personalised pieces for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, or just because
How It Works
Step 1 — Tell us your idea Email us at ravijewels@gmail.com with:
- What you have in mind
- The piece type (ring, necklace, earrings, bracelet)
- Stone preference if any
- Any reference photos if you have them
- Your deadline if it is a gift
Step 2 — We discuss and confirm We will reply within 24–48 hours with details, pricing, and timeline. No commitment at this stage — just a conversation.
Step 3 — Order and payment Once you are happy, we send you a payment link and confirm your order.
Step 4 — We make it Custom pieces typically take 5–10 business days to craft, depending on complexity. We will keep you updated throughout.
Step 5 — Shipped to you Your piece is packed carefully in our signature gift box and shipped with full tracking.
Pricing Custom order pricing depends on the design, stone, and complexity. We will always give you a clear quote before you commit to anything. There are no hidden charges.
Important Notes
- Custom and personalised pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — please double-check all spellings and details before confirming
- We do not copy or replicate designs from other brands
- Availability may vary during busy periods — reach out early if you have a deadline
